To avoid confusion, please read carefully the product description. If you have any questions about them, don't hesitate to contact me.
If there's leftover stock of a product when the shop is closed, I can hold items for you if you can't afford to pay for a month. This period of time can be extended for another month as long as you notify me. After that time they'll be avaliable for someone else to purchase.
SHIPPING
Products in preorder status take a longer time to get packaged and shipped. They don't start manufacturing until the store is closed, and the shipping starts only about a month later. You will receive an email notifying when the package is sent, but if you want to know the status of your order you can always send an email.
The shipping address will be requested with a latin alphabet. If you have written your address with your original language, you will be contacted to provide that version of your address. Both will be included in the package.
If you're moving in the near future and you're unsure what address to write, you can send me a message to hold you're package for a while.
Shipping takes place from Spain, and is avaliable to send everywhere. Once the package is sent the shipping time usually takes 1-2 weeks for orders placed in the European Union, and is expected to take 1-2 months outside. There can always be delays because of customs, but the package should eventually arrive.
The period of time in which I'll be sending orders can be long and be extended up to a few months. To make things faster I recommend to take a tracking number.
Please note that once the order is sent the package is no longer under my responsability, but the postal service's. If the order doesn't include a tracking number there's no way for me to know the status of the package.
Package doesn't arrive
If a package doesn't arrive in the expected time it could be because of customs, because it's being returned, or because it got lost. I recommend notifying me via email (preferably) or direct message on any of my social media to let me know, then wait around a month to see if it finally arrives or gets returned.
If the package gets returned because of a mistake in the shipping address I would send it again with the correct address.
If it's because it was unclaimed I can let you know (if you have contacted me first) and clarify if you want me to send it again. In that case I will send you an invoice for the price of the shipping alone.
No tracking number
If a package with no tracking is lost, unfortunately there's nothing I can do. There's the possibility to purchase the merch again if there's leftover stock, but it's likely in the case of preorders that there won't be any.
If it's damaged I recommend contacting the post office that delivered it to you, although it's likely they won't take responsability for it.
Tracking number
If the package gets lost there's the possibility of trying to get a compensation contacting the postal service.
If it's damaged, please take pictures of the package first and contact your local post office. You can send them to me as well so I can contact my post office and see if there's anything that can be done.
